Debt is the safest type of property investment. It sits senior to the Borrower's equity, providing a cushion which protects the Lender's investment and it's secured by a 1st legal charge.

Earn Regular Monthly Income

The Borrower uses the rental income received from the tenanted properties to make regular monthly interest payments, which is then distributed to Lenders. Interest can then be reinvested or paid out as income .

High levels of Capital Protection

All Bridge & Term loans are secured by way of a 1st legal charge on a commercial property. With a choice of up to three loan to value-based risk 'Tranches', Lenders can choose the risk-return levels they are comfortable with.
