First Loan Redeemed

Proplend’s first loan is successfully redeemed in full via the refinance as anticipated by the borrower at their initial loan application. All Lenders are very pleased not only in receiving their principal loan back but also in the 10% pa gross interest they earned.  One of the lenders commented “Much better interest rates than my bank, the loan was a low LTV and it was fully supported by a real asset in a great location in London.”
